1. How can I upload a video?
To upload a video, click on the "upload video" button and fill in the required fields.
2. How do I categorize my video so people can find it?
Here are some tips to keep in mind:
- When creating a video, try to find a good balance between being too close to the camera and being too far away. Since this is a dance website, it's probably best to have your full body in the frame.
- When tagging your video, try to pick at least 3-5 clear, simple terms that people can search for. The better your tags the easier people can see your skills!
- When you upload your video, you'll have to pick a dance type and a dance style. Try to pick one that best fits your video so people can easily find it. If you have a style so unique that it isn't listed, let us know through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page.
3. Are there specific formats that I can upload?
Acceptable formats for upload are MPG, MPEG, MPE, AVI, WMV, WMF, ASF, M1V, DIVX, MOV, MP4, FLV, 3GP, RM, RMVB, RV and RAM. However, the best quality videos are usually AVI, MOV or MP4.
4. How big can my videos be?
Your video can be as long as you want as long as the file is no bigger than 100 MB.
5. Anything else I should know?
Try to upload as many videos as you can. The more you upload the higher your chances are of possibly seeing your videos on-air! Click on the "Competitions" link at the top of this page to find out how you can make this happen.
