  1. What is Dance.MTV.Com? Dance.MTV.com is the ultimate online destination for all things dance. Think you have a new style the world needs to see?  Upload a video and put your skills on display. Want to see what other dancers are doing? Check out everyone else's videos and connect directly with the dancers who made them. With tons of different styles like hip hop, breakdancing and salsa, there's something for everyone. America's Best Dance Crew was created to showcase the most dynamic dancers from around the country. Now, MTV wants to see what you can do.
  1. How do I create a profile? Easy. To create a profile, just click on the "Register" button at the top right corner of the homepage. Then, fill in your info, click submit, and start sharing your videos. Be careful when you sign up because your username (nickname) is permanent.
  1. How do I update my profile? If you want to update your profile with any information about yourself, just click on the "sign in" button at the top right corner of the homepage, and then on the "edit profile" button that will appear as your profile loads.
  1. How do I upload videos? Think your version of Crank Dat is better than all the others?  Or want to introduce a new style to the Dance community? Just log in and click on the "upload videos" button at the top of the page, fill out the required fields, and start sharing! If you have other video concerns, click on the Video Info link at the bottom of this page.
  1. How can I get on MTV? Start uploading! Throughout this season of America's Best Dance Crew, we'll be updating this site with information on opportunities to see your videos on television. On-air time is limited, though, so only the videos with the most views and highest ratings will be considered. Get a head start now!
  1. I heard there's going to be a competition. What's going on with that? Glad you asked! Throughout the season, we will be holding competitions that may earn your video a spot on-air. To learn more, go to the Competitions page.
  2. How can I change my username? You can't. While you can change your URL and your personal info (like your first and last name), the username you choose when you sign up is permanent.  So choose wisely the first time!
  1. How do I delete my account? Want to shed your old identity? Really hate the username you created for yourself? Delete your account by sending us an email through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
  1. How can I change my password and email address? To change your password or email address, sign into your account and then click on the "profile" button. After that, click on "edit profile" and you'll see edit fields for your email address and passwords.
  1. My dance isn't listed but I have some awesome videos, how do I propose a new dance style? We're always open to suggestions so if you have a dance style that you want to see represented on the site, click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and we'll give it some serious thought.
  1. I don't see my question here. Who can I contact if I have additional questions? Click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. We'll do our best to help you with any questions you might have!
